Returns & Refunds

Once the orders are dispatched they cannot be cancelled. You can cancel orders before they are dispatched from our fulfillment centre. To Cancel the order simply send us an email to support@tearaja.com & we will take care of it from our end.

At Tearaja Our only motto is to serve our customers with the most Fresh & Delicious Teas from the Best Tea Gardens of India, & hence once they are delivered & opened the quality & the freshness gets compromised, however if we have missed something in your order or made a mistake, Just mail us at Support@tearaja.com & we will take care of your problem & sort it out.

Refunds :

Both Domestic & International Refunds are processed automatically from our end within 24-48 hours, However our payment gateway providers & banks may take upto 7 working days to process the refund.
